THE CUMBERLAND LAWN FRISBEE TREE GOLF COURSE

HOLE TWELVE - Horse to Horse (par 4)

Nearly at the end now. Have you had fun? I hope so.

Your next target is pretty much in the direction of the childrens playground, the other side of the tarmac path. It's another big Horse Chestnut, but not the one nearest to you. It's the furthest one, down the slope and nearest the path. Again, the picture above foreshortens the distances but if you're unsure, look for the one just at the end of the group of trees ahead. That's what you're aiming for.

A par four, which is eminently gettable in three. Don't try and do it in two as the trees approaching the hole are fairly tricky to negotiate. But lay up just down the slope and leave yourself with a shortish putt. Look out for the path - it's Out of Bounds and will cost you a shot - in a tight match it could be crucial.
